• If you fail to pay applicable fees, we reserve the right to restrict your access to our services.
• Payments must be made through our accepted payment methods. A product is considered purchased only when payment is confirmed.
• You may contact the seller for inquiries but must not conduct transactions outside the Flevee Stores platform.
• Transactions conducted outside Flevee Stores will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Flevee Stores will not be responsible for any losses arising from such off-platform transactions.
• In case of any disputes, the buyer should first contact the specific seller.
• Flevee Stores is not a direct seller but a platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

Flevee Stores Rights

• Flevee Stores reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. However, we will inform you of the reason when possible.
• Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior toward our employees, team, or platform will result in immediate account termination.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
• We may request documentation to verify your account ownership, including but not limited to, business licenses, government-issued ID, or biometric data.
• We may, at our discretion, monitor user activity for the safety and integrity of the platform.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flevee Stores, its affiliates, employees, suppliers, partners, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any fraudulent activities you conduct through Flevee Stores

Limitation of Liability

Return and Refunds
